About
I’ve always been fascinated by human behavior; why we react to others as we do, and how our experiences of the same moment, relationship, or wound can differ so profoundly from one person to another.
Before earning my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Southern California, I spent two decades in the health and wellness field, developing a deep intuition about pain, healing, and the mind–body connection. I later completed three years of clinical training and practice in a community mental health setting, specializing in LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy. My background also includes counseling middle and high school students through an LAUSD program and supervising teen volunteers at a crisis hotline.
To support my work with couples, I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and continue to strengthen this skillset through ongoing consultation with EFT Certified Supervisors. This allows me to work deeply with partners, helping them cultivate safety, emotional connection, and secure attachment within their relationship.
Now in private practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT #140985), I work with individual adults, teens, and couples.
