I believe the most effective therapy begins in a trusting and judgment-free space — a place where you feel safe being honest with yourself about your values, needs, and desires. Together, we will explore your struggles, fears, and feelings of being “stuck.” I am here to help you discover alternative ways of existing that feel more aligned with your true Self, whether that means improving relationships, increasing intimacy, developing clearer communication, or setting healthy boundaries. You are not alone in this process. Together, we can identify how to use your uniqueness and strengths to achieve your goals.
The Way I work is Based on the foundation of Psychodynamic theory with the integration of Approaches from client centered, trauma informed, and when helpful cognitive behavioral interventions.
My goal as your therapist is to actively listen and collaborate with you, applying curiosity and empathy while gently challenging patterns when appropriate. Our conversations may include exploration of past experiences, current stressors, and how to move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
